Our Makeup Classes program allows students to catch up on missed sessions without falling behind in their swimming journey. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we're here to support your child's continued progress.
Terms and Conditions
- Swimmers are entitled to a maximum of 2 make up classes per term.
- All absences and make up lessons must be notified of/booked via the customer portal. This needs to be done with a minimum of 1 hour’s notice before the lesson
- Marking an absence from within your customer portal automatically activates a make up class
- Make up classes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. No refund or credit will be given if a suitable class is unavailable
- Booking a make-up is a live feed which will display available classes and correct levels up to 7 days in advance
- Extended holidays during term are only eligible for the 2 make up lessons. Extra lessons missed will be forfeited and cannot be made up, credited or refunded
- For extended illness or injury, please contact Tri Swimming management team. These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- You must be currently enrolled to use your make-up class
- Make up lessons cannot be used in the School holiday intensive program
